深圳湾科技生态园位于市高新区南区核心地带，是广东省、深圳市重大项目，深圳“十二五”规划建设的战略性新兴产业集聚区重点项目之一。项目总投资约211亿元，建筑形态为2栋多层、6栋高层、4栋超高层。项目于2011年12月27日正式动工，2014年开始分期建成投入使用。

项目以“多层地表”与“垂直城市”的设计理念，营造开放式商业街区、9.3米公共平台层、24米办公平台层、50米裙楼屋顶平台层等多层活力街区；250米超高层顶级写字楼，超18万㎡空中花园，提供自然舒适的全新办公体验；100%绿色建筑，领先国际水平；4大绿色板块、18大绿色技术系统，缔造国家级低碳生态示范园区。

shenzhen bay eco-technology park is located in the heart zone of the science and technology park in nanshan district. it is a material project of shenzhen, and even guangdong province, and also one of the important projects of strategic and emerging industries of the 12th five-year plan of shenzhen. the construction was commenced on december 27, 2011. since 2014, phases of the project have been completed and put into use.

the project is positioned as headquarters and r&d bases of public high-tech companies, platform of nurturing and developing strategic emerging industries, incubator of innovative smes, national-level low-carbon ecological demo park, and supporting service center for southern section in shenzhen high-tech development zone.  taking the design philosophy of “multiple layers” and “vertical city”, shenzhen bay b-tec park builds the open commercial neighborhood, 9.3-meter public platform layer, 24-meter office platform layer and 50-meter annex building top platform layer and other dynamic neighborhoods. the 250-meter super high-rise premium office building, and 180,000m² hanging garden provide natural and comfortable brand-new experience of office work; the 100% green building take leading position in the world; the 4 green sections and 18 green-tech systems build the national-level low-carbon ecological demo park.
