深圳湾创业投资大厦位于深圳高新区南区核心地带，是深圳“十二五”规划建设的战略性新兴产业集聚区重点项目之一。项目总投资10亿元，建筑形态为186米超高层，2011年3月开工，2016年上半年投入使用，目前正在开展租赁招商。项目定位为深圳湾科技金融产业集聚区，将打造建成集办公、创业投资交流与配套服务为一体的深圳乃至南中国创业投资中心。

located in the south of the shenzhen hi-tech industrial zone, the shenzhen bay vc & pe tower in the core area is one of the key projects of shenzhen's '12th five year plan' concerning the establishment of clusters for strategic emerging industries. with a total investment of rmb 1 billion, a 186 meter-high r&d building, the project started construction in march 2011 and came into use in the first half of 2016. it is currently undergoing leasing and attracting investment. positioned as a cluster for the science technology and finance industry of shenzhen bay, the project aims to establish a venture capital investment center for shenzhen, and even the south of china, which integrates official business handling, venture capital investment communication and supplementary services.
